Colour variations

Please be aware that there may be slight colour variations with the image you see on screen vs real life.

Prints and framing

All prints are printed on Ilford Galerie 310gsm 100% Smooth Cotton Rag using archival pigment inks.

Images are printed at standard frame sizes with white space to allow for ease in framing unless otherwise stated.

Limited Edition, hand signed prints are available in editions of 25 only. Smaller sizes are open editions.  

If you live locally, why not take advantage of a print and frame option for pick up at Lion Studios Framing in Salamander Bay.

Drop shipping can also be organised Australia wide for framed prints.

Shipping Terms

Originals and Cards are usually despatched within 7 days from receipt of payment.

Giclée prints are generally despatched within 14 business days from receipt of payment, however as this is made to order this is subject to change. Artwork by Emma Bowen will make sure that you are kept updated if necessary.

Framed prints may take up to 21 business days.
As this is outsourced, Artwork by Emma Bowen has no control over timings, but will make sure that you are kept informed should delays occur.

All shipping subject to Australia Post and third party courier turn around times.
Artwork by Emma Bowen has no control over any delays that deliveries may encounter.

Refund Policy

Artwork by Emma Bowen offers customers a 7 day return period on original artworks from the time of the purchaser receiving delivery of the artwork should they change their mind once they see the artwork in person. Sometimes it just doesn’t suit your space or perhaps it just doesn’t look like you thought it was going to.
Just send an email to Artwork by Emma Bowen with your request to return.

All I ask is that the artwork must be repackaged as it was when delivered and it be sent back to Artwork by Emma Bowen at the customers expense.

Unfortunately, Giclée prints and custom framing cannot be refunded due to the fact that they have been made to order.

If the artwork is returned in any condition less than when it was sent originally, the customer will have the cost subtracted from their refund.

Should an item be damaged during shipment, a claim will need to be lodged and it will be covered as part of the insurance attached to that delivery.

Privacy

Artwork by Emma Bowen will only collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing artwork to you.
Your Personal Information may be disclosed to a third party when framing is involved for the purpose of delivery.
